Setting up your YallowHost account

Updated Sep 15, 2026

Your YallowHost account is where every service, invoice, domain and support conversation lives. Setting it up properly takes a few minutes and saves time every time you order, pay or ask for help.

Create your account

When new sign-ups are open, choose Get started on the website and fill in your first name, last name, a username, your email address and a password. Your username may contain letters, numbers, dashes and underscores. If Google, Facebook or LinkedIn sign-in is offered on the page, you can use it instead; the email address those providers have verified becomes your account email.

Use an email address you check regularly and that belongs to you or your organisation long term. Invoices, renewal notices, service details and replies to your support tickets are all sent there.

Confirm your email address

If we ask you to verify your email, we send a 6-digit verification code to your inbox. Enter it on the Confirm your email screen and choose Verify. A few things are worth knowing:

  • Each code is valid for 10 minutes.
  • You can ask for a new one with Resend code after about a minute.
  • After several incorrect attempts a code stops working, and you need to request a fresh one.

If the code does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and any filtering rules, then resend. Your account area stays locked until verification is complete.

Complete your profile

Open Profile from the account menu and add your mobile number and full address. These details appear on your invoices and are used when services such as domain registrations need contact information, so keep them accurate. Choose Save changes when you are done.

Your email address cannot be changed from the profile page. If you need to move the account to a different address, open a support ticket from the account you already have.

Identity verification

The Identity page lets you submit a government-issued document (passport, national ID or driver's licence) for review. Upload a clear image of the front, and the back where it applies. Documents are stored privately and are only used for verification. The page shows whether your submission is unverified, pending or verified, and explains the reason if a submission needs to be resent.
